Hey guys, I got on to the triple deuces site by way of recommendation from N1mmer who I play COD4 freezetag and now BC2 with and I'm interested in joining or playing with you guys for the BFBC2 tournaments and just in general.

It's hard to pick and choose what info is the stuff that guys online will even care about but I'll give it a shot. I am 17 (6.11.92) hailing from just outside of Baltimore, Maryland, even though I dislike most of the people there. My whole family is from New York so I follow the Yankees(27 Rings BABY!), Rangers, Giants, and Knicks. Outside that stuff, I spend my summers on the beach skimboarding and listening to Reggae music (hence the name). Not much else for me to say other than I hope to be meeting some of you guys soon and N1mmer should be able to vouch for my easy personality and skill on the battlefield. Greetings Reggaeholic,

Friends of a current Triple Deuces member are designated as a "For Fun Member" by default. So getting you on Teamspeak, in the server, and gaming with us is easy. "For fun" is normaly for co-workers, buddies, or family that have no interest in competing, but just want to play with their friends. We make this distinction only because we will not make our members chose between playing with the clan and playing with the friends. We feel more the merrier.

Beyond this we have Competitive Teams. We are a group of mostly older guys, who put teamwork and dedication at the top of our list of requirements. We have very few rules for membership, but the most important one is fitting in with the group. If you do not get along or fit in the the mentality then we will both find that out real fast.

We do not have Ringer teams and we do not accept ASSHOLES at any level. One mantra we have is "I would rather lose with friends, than win with assholes." We have all been competing for a long time and do not have time for egos or disruptive behaviors among our own members. We do not blame each other during or after matches, but learn from mistakes, make changes, and improve in the next scrim/match. Simply, you don't shit where you sleep.

I have been competing with some of my 222 brothers now for over 10 years and we protect our own and our home. We welcome and embrace you (watch out for BAC he will try to grab you from behind) into the fold, but it is up to you to get to know us, play with us, and let us get to know you.

Do not get me wrong when we say we do not have ringer teams or that we have no assholes, that we are some chump "lets all be friends clan" .... We are one of the few teams of original members who are at the top of every ladder, league, or competition we have been part of. We are nasty and relentless to the enemy,, We fuck them in our actions, but respect them in our words. We work hard, show great teamwork, and are there to win every match we play, but we will not sacrafice the group to win at all costs.

What happens next is you just play with us and have fun. It is up to you to check the website, contribute to the group, to show up for walk throughs/ATC, to sign up for scrims and matches.. Talent is a variable thing and is only one facet of a match player. What we look for are the following traits:
1. teamwork
2. playing smart
3. communication (say what is needed and only that, otherwise STFU)
4. dedication (do you show up to what you say, do you only show up for matches)
5. skill in the game (infantry, armor, pilot)

as we play with you, we will naturally evaluate you on this list,, there will be no vote, there will not be any meetings... However, everyone of the Deuces has the above list in our group mentality, we embody those traits without realizing it. If you fit in, or can adapt to our style then you will use those traits. If you do not, then something on that list is lacking and will annoy the shit out of one or more of us. We will encourage you to change, be it teaching or saying to STFU .. it is up to you to embrace it or fight it.

This definitely sounds like the kind of player I'm aiming to be and I would love all of the teamspeak information so that I might begin playing with you as soon as possible. While playing with N1mmer here is a bonus, I am more interested in joining for the competition because, to be quite frank, I can play with N1mmer without being a member of this community. Don't get me wrong, I know the type of dedication needed for such a position and I am 110% to do my part to make it work.
