I was playing on your server at approximately 7:45 pm central time, when I was kicked and banned without warning. Apparently I was accused of trying to kill someone for a plane at the airfield. The entire game I was never even at the airfield, never had a tk, and was in fact killing enemies at the big bridge (this was Market Garden) at the time I was kicked.

I don't mind being kicked for something I have done, but I wasn't even anywhere near where the supposed incident happened. It seems that a story should be checked out before banning someone, at least. I have played your server many times before, and always thought you guys were fair. I don't know what to think now.

For what it's worth, I have never been banned from a server before (anywhere), and rarely even get kicked.

Incidentally, Fubie was online at the same time, was with me at the big bridge, and tried to argue on my behalf, then he was banned too!

i was the one who banned you. I swear it was your name i saw in the chat history for tking me.. I could have been wrong, but alas you have played on our server quite often and i doubt you would post about it if you did do it.

alright my bad.. i dumped furbie too since i thought i was correct and it does not good to have one complaining and all that... so i bumbed you both.

np, thanks for posting.. sorry for my haste in banning.. but i get really pissed at fucktards on our server and do not tolerate them. I will make sure in the future.
